But, alas his time has passed and it is up to me to not only provide for my [family] and his, but to uphold the traditions of architecture and craftsmanship that are the heritage of all dragorn as well.' You say, 'What beacon?' Bolodakan says 'Can't you see it? The one they placed on top of the tower. I expect it will be used as a signal of some sort. It is an outrage that the Muramites have turned our glorious works to this. Mata Muram's forces, with every day of work, are defiling the memory of the great father Dranik. It is said that when he died, Dranik's head rested on the very spot where the tower stands. If only I could get a [sample] of their work, perhaps I could find a way to do something to slow or destroy it.' You say, 'Sample?' Bolodakan says 'To best know what is going on in there I would need a set of blueprints of their work on the tower. I would also need samples of the materials being used there. Bits of mortar, stone, and wood would allow me to study the aspects of the materials and perhaps find a weakness.' Hand in A Sliver of Wood (dropped by yard trash in Harbingers' Spire), a Cornerstone Fragment (dropped by various named in Harbingers' Spire), Harbinger Spire Blueprints (dropped by yard trash in Harbingers' Spire), and Tower Mortar (dropped by yard trash in Harbingers' Spire). Bolodakan says 'Excellent! You've found all that I asked for. I will review these plans and materials immediately and see what can be done. Take this belt as a reward. It has been in my family for ages, but seems a fitting reward for your efforts.' Your faction standing with Dranik Loyalists could not possibly get any better. Your faction standing with Overlord Mata Muram got worse. You gain experience!! Melee and hybrid classes receive a Belt of Melded Scales. Just had the cornerstone fragment drop off a dragorn laborer.
there is a few rooms up top that have the masions in them one has a 3 spawn great for solo necros. i have goten many blueprints off them and have found that the morter was the rarest for me, but i have been hunting up top. have 3 belts now for my chars

morter fell of laborer on second small room on right from entrance. Hope this helps.

I can finally confirm that the March 3 patch has increased the drop rate of the Blueprints - been killing every night for an hour or 2 since the patch and about 70 Girplans later got mine. I've been trying to get the Blueprints for months for my main, read numerous forums surrounding the drop rate being horribly rare and bug/petitioned, and after getting all three of the other parts on 4 different hydra's I was about ready to give up on this quest.

Yes, you need WARMLY faction, same as the Tier I OoW armor quests.
I can say as a paladin i would MUCH rather have the mana regen 2 then the attack, dont know why they give us crap like that, or should have at least given hybrids thier own, maby with attack 10 mana regen 1.

pally's do get a bazzar belt that sells for around 7k on TT server benevolant girdle or something like that, it has FT2 and +10 atk and pal only and its cheap

what faction is 'children of dranik' for, get faction hit when killing dragorns, hope this doesnt hurt the quest turnin, which is supposed to be 'dranik loyalists.'
thought it would be stupid if the mobs you need to kill for the quest hurt faction needed to do quest turn in...

anyone know how to raise faction for this quest ?
The cornerstone fragment and towar mortar appear to be rare drops of the dragorn labourers in the zone. I picked up both last night while killing many of those guys. To be more specific, I picked up the towar mortar while camping the first room on the right from when you enter the zone. The cornerstone fragment came from the second room on the left of the zone (past the first discordling room).

I have seen/have the mortar - wood - and cornerstone. What did the blueprints drop off though? Thanks in advance

I got the blueprints off a grip.. no sure which, but i also got the sliver of wood off a grip too. then a friend got hers off a dragorn. Just randomly rare drops throught the zone

They are talking about Harbinger's Spire, I've seen the morter and wood drop, can't remember the specific names of them though, didn't know what they were for.
