Spawn timer is 17 min 42 sec (177 ticks), which is faster than the normal zone spawn time of 23 min 36 sec. It has no placeholder, and appears every cycle.

Extremely resistant to magic-based spells.

This mob is a shaman and casts the following buffs/spells when it spawns:
Quickness on self
Valiant Companion
Quickness on pet
Talisman of Tnarg on self
Talisman of Tnarg on pet
Spirit of Bih'Li on self
Spirit of Bih'Li on pet

If any other kobolds are within casting range, the advisor will cast the above buffs on them as well.

The advisor casts the following spells in combat:
Malaisement
Scourge
Winter's Roar
Cancel Magic

Like most shaman mobs, the advisor will typically attempt to unwisely keep casting Malaisement until it sticks before casting other types of offensive spells.

The Kobold Advisor always drops Blackened Mithril Netting, used in the Jaggedpine Druid Gloves quest. I have yet to see it drop anything else.

Resists a lot of things. Disease stuck perfectly though.

Resisted darkness line, taps, debuffs, and even Harm Touch.
