Respawn Timer: 8 hours after being killed and from 4 to 12 hours after a zone or server reset. Spawns within DZ's, spawn timer varies.

Once a wizard hands in their Golem Sprocket, a broken golem despawns and an enraged golem spawns in its place.

I've heard anywhere from 24 to 72 hours spawn time. :/
