good new for those who want to do dragonbane quest without having to switch factions, i was a little skeptical but indifferent is good enough for turnin! at lvl 60 the lvl of the spell you can single pull this guy with your staff of the temperate flux and a chanter's dictate will land (low resist i guess the chanter assured me it wouldn't be resisted so we gave it a go) now i just need myga ^_^ 1 faction hit for the whole quest i'll still be ally!

since i see no answers for you~ he's for the dragon's bane quest for wizards. a turn in NPC. not sure what faction he's on im kinda tryin to find out. but yeah he's there for questing so he's prolly an undercon ^^

Okies what quest is this guy for? Anyone know? Ive been camping this camp for a couple days, and tonight looted a no-drop Storm Giant Bones off him. Cant find anything about it in Allakazam's.
the bones are callled Kromrif Bones. Rare drop from him, killed him a bunch usually only pp drop.

this guy is a wizard, likes to start fights ramming an ice comet up yer shoot. DS's himself and the SK escorts around him, highly MR and CR, but fire spells worked kinda ok. approx 6-8khp, hits 120-140.

Highly MR, kinda like Gullerback, not immune but will resist all snares, druid Magic dots, even after tash. Killed him with a charmed Suit of armour, dropped 4pp.

He conned even to a 49. Also, he sees invis which I didn't notice before it was too late.
