Can somebody please explain to me what all the Gor Taku and their enemies, the Shak Dratha, stand for. Why are they against each other when they look almost identical. Also, are they opposed, allied with, or neutral to the PC races from Luclin and the PC races from Norrath.

the gor taku are lvl 5 - 9 not 6-9
