how does this damage bonus thing work? when does it apply?
I received my first pointt of damage bonus at lvl 28 and have gotten an extra point every third level. As a 41 SK, my dmg bonus is 5 with a 1h wpn. 2h wpns have a higher bonus. Hope this helps.
Fighter classes get it after lvl 35, in small steps. It just shows that the user was high level.

True on the crappy Delay, but look at the Dmg bonus lol, I truely don't understand why such a big Bonus Vrs. a big Delay..?

Dmg bonus affects all weapons, if you're level goes up, so will the bonus
I'm not absolutely certain, but I believe that the damage bonus increases as the delay increases, as a way of making 2hs worthwhile. Comments, anyone?

I got one today off a blue (to level 22) Gor Taku guard. Its just lowbie loot to sell, like fine steel or bronze.

Warlord Gok Thok is a Shaman that conned blue to a 45 Ranger (Me) and blue to Vladimp, a 41 necro at the time.
Also, Gok Thok can lay a real whuppin for a lvl 40 mob, double hitting me for 95, and I am no slouch when it comes to AC.
If you look closely at my dark pic (sorry!) You can see that this thing is pretty much a big rock tied to a stick. Not much of a weapon.
Hopefully he drops something nicer one day.
