Lake Rathe - Be careful

Be very careful when you enter Lake Rathe from S Karana. The gnoll camp (during the day) / undead camp (during the night) is typcially full of 8 to 10 creatures of levels 12-20+ and they will aggro on you at least to level 24. This also usually pulls at least 3 if you are lucky, most of the time 5 or more.

The best way around (in lieu of SoW or invisible) is to hug the right wall as you exit the zone from SK up the hill overlooking the camp and docks. From there you can head out into the water so as to not aggro anything. Note, there are two creatures standing on the docks and one at the waters edge.
Keep to theirselves

The ones guarding the entrance don't pay mind to my level 12 Warrior, and haven't since probally level 6 or 7.

Weak in Everfrost

The Gnolls guarding the entrance to Blackburrow in Everfrost are never above level 6 or 7, and certainly never as powerful as 14. They drop some good loot for lower levels, including coin, armor, and gnolls teeth that are quest items in Halas and Qeynos. There are never more than 4 guards at any one time. Two at the entrance and two more in seperate sections of the tunnel to Blackburrow. They are nothing more than an annoyance to newbies needing to fetch their corpse somewhere in the tunnel or in Blackburrow itself.
