/loc = -30.49, -137.75, -74.35, this is in the "Lower Dogs" (lower Kobold) area. If you are near ice spectres and white spiders, you are close. The room he is in is a dead end that ramps up. Two spiders spawn beside him and assist him when he is aggroed.

I'm hunting in Velks to complete my silverwing charm, and figured i'd kill around to the big guys in the zone, but I can't seem to find this guy anywhere (he's probably down) and he looks like fun to kill. Anyone give some advice as to where he is?

just dropped him 30mins ago, 70 necro, bazaar geared with 70pet. full pet crit aas, and pet had full summoned armor on. pulled lord with annul, got adds, FDed, stood back up and lord beat the spiders to me so i FDed again and sent pet, couple more FDs to clear spider aggro and fight was on. he never hit me once during fight and i never casted after a second annul. army of dead wasnt up at first, i got ancy and didnt wait for it to repop before pulling as there was a BL in area and wasnt sure if he was gonna try him or not. max hit on pet was 479, sometimes i was back to back spaming pet heal, other times he would miss pet alot and id not have to heal so much. mid fight atd popped so i sent 2 pets on him. fun fight, ended with 20percent mana left on a 7.2k mana bar. do have a healing focus item which increases heal percentage and maxed on item mana regen. dropped tunic and band, also silverwing cape, nothing else and it all rotted.

80 High Elf Cleric here with 1.5 and only 67aa's, how my little journey started was because my bank was clogged up as hell and so all the tradeskillin stuff in the bank i was trying to get rid of, i used all my crystalline silks and was in the tradeskillin mood so I decided to go farm in velks, killed a train of 10 spiders twice and not a single drop lol. So im runnin around just trying to find a large concentration of spiders and of course i get lost and end up falling in this pit. I fell into a room with 3 kobolds, killed them easy of course, woot to yaulp/pet/VoV/Ward of Requital/Blood of Devoted and good ole Wire Wrapped Sceptre. Anyways so i invis, cruising along and not until like 10sec after the mob saw me lol did i realize that a SI mob saw me and i just trained like 20 spectres and kobolds, i thought i was dead for sure but they were gimp as hell and it took me about 10minutes but I deaded them all. So then unexpectedly i saw this guy, i pulled him with Blood so the spiders would catch it, fight took about 5min but was uber easy, the 3 of them got me down to 50percent but not for long with VoV hehe. Dropped Icicle Tunic and Frost Covered Tome and Spell: Great Divide Portal for 36 wizzy. looted and gave them away to share the love hehe. Anyways peace

hahah they got bored and typed in a bunch of letters, sticking in vowels where they needed them
75 Ranger, epic 2.0, 1001 AA's (yeah me!), 13.755K hp, 2.710K AC, totally solo, no outside buffs. I cleared the two rooms with the shades. Then I pulled Lord Bob with a dispell, which brought him and his two guards. I ignored the guards at first, and concentrated on Lord Bob. I used Auspice of the Hunter, rank 6, epic cliky, a hot pot, and Weapon Shield at the end. I then offed the guards, who were pretty sickly due to the DS I have. I ended with 20 % health, and about 60 % mana. It was short enough that I didn't get a chance to use a second hot pot. He dropped the Glowing Red Stone (which rotted due to I already had one for a primary I use when power leveling (AC and hp in a primary with no damage is rare for a ranger)) and the Effreti Ice Staff. When I do him again, I will check up stairs to see if I can safely use Hail of Arrows. In the past when I used HOA here, I have had impressive trains from the floor above or below, so be careful what is below/above you if you plan to use it. In about four kills of Lord Bob, he has yet to drop the axe. The last time I tried to kill him solo, I got him to about 90% before dying. So five levels, better gear, and a bunch of AA's paid off.

70 Shadowknight here was able to get the 2 spiders near him and kill them but was not able to kill Lord Bobo by myself. Even with a harmtouch and that lecherous ability i could only get him down to 80%. Bob hits fast, lightning fast, speed-of-light lightning fast. Oh ya he flurries alot.

70 rng 1341AAs anguish/qvic/tacvi geared. Used Warder's Wrath and a hot potion to off the spiders then finished Bob off. Took about 3 minutes. Fight ended with 60%hp and 70m

Pre-elemental 70 warrior and 70 cleric just Duo him. Took maybe 5 min, and was a fun fight. Very fun to do.

12k Beastlord with a boxed cleric, I wanted to go kill The sorcerer but he wasn't up so I decided to kill something before gating.
70 Beastlord 12k hp boxing a cleric lvl 70. I went up to him located in the kobold caves very simple you clear like 12 mobs and there you are. Pacy the Icy guardians then pulled him single, Unslowable flurrie and was hitting for max 443 on me... fight took 2mins I had to cast 3 ch including when I ate the enrage ( I could have casted only 2 really but when you don't know what to expect from a mob ...) 1 full group of low lvls could do it easy and even camp the named Icepaws by the same time. PEace
Oh yah I guess he is immune to Ice but I didn't have time to try and nuke it, but he is stunnable (cleric nukes) can help lowering his Dps I guess

67 Bard (5600 hp time/ele gear ~1500 ac unbuffed Tank)
65 Druid (Ornate equipment and worse, ~4200 mana)
He's a tough kill, he has killer DPS what with Flurry and all. The Bard pulled with Bellow AA and hit Deftdance. Beastlord sent in pet and started whacking away. Bard was twisting Wind of Marr, Warsong of Zek, and Psalm of Veeshan. Druid chained 64 CHeal spell, few close calls but no deaths. He's got very very good DPS but not much HP. He dropped the Axe and the Glowing Red Orb. Druid was OOM at end of fight and Bard had around 20-30% life left when he died.
