in my 11 days on tofs 1st floor (floor above ground floor) spawned him about 20 times
Had him pop twice on second floor, first time blue to 36, second time yellow to 36, so range at least 35-37. This was with my 36 Pally.

Saw a Fabled Version of this guy last night while some friends were helping me get an Embalmers Skinning Knife. Was in the Library. I've no idea what level the Fabled was, but iirc he dropped Fabled Crystallized Shadow Tunic, and regular Crystallized Shadow Boots.

Killed on the 2nd floor for about an hour and this guy popped in a ghostly students place, killed him with a 28 shd, with 56 cleric on heals. Dropped nothing. Popped in another spot 30 seconds later in a ghostly students spot, dropped nothing. Obviously completely random and not triggered.

Conned blue to me at 36 when I meet him on level 2 of the tower. Dropped Crystallized Shadow Belt.

56 necro with 49 pet kicked his *** all over the second floor. No undercon here as he was light blue to me. Don't be scared of this dwarf.

this guy is WAY under coned it killed a 54 necro with his 49 lev pet buffed due to not being ready for a nasty fight and FD not ready to cast .......

I was in ToFS tonight with some friends with my shaman, trying to get the key holder to spawn. a named critter, one of the wolf men spawned in one of the back rooms (i didn't get his name, sorry), and he had the tunic on him. Fortunately, i won the roll for the tunic (course i was also the only one there who could use it <smile> and was able to get rid of the bloodstained tunic. I would guess that this, and all of the other crystalized shadow gear will drop randomly from any mob, mebbe any NAMED mob in the tower, on any floor. So, as a group, we were lucky to have it drop on the first floor, and personally, I was lucky it dropped and I was present.

Yeh he turned to A life of snorting velium and burnt out. Destroyied a frozen toilet cause it gave him frostbite. He got thrown into the tower for his punishment.

I killed him today and he conned Light Blue at 54, most SG's and specs are green and they are 35 so he must be at least 30-37.
He conned white to a L37 today -- I don't know if there's a range on him or not, but I'll report if I find one thats not 37.

Killed this guy about a dozen times over the span of about a dozen hours. All he has dropped is the CS Belt - no BP. Anyone know for sure if the BP will drop off other mobs as well or just this dorf?

we got the drop off the 7th floor one of the bats spawned a Vampire an he dropped the BP was pretty easy to take down had a full group with 2druids a mage a cleric an our tanks a warrior an pally we all where 50 plus was very easy to take the place

Actually The Angry Librarian can spawn upon the death of any mob on the level. I had an Angry Lib spawn after i killed a Scholar. Similarly are the rest of the levels ... i had an enraged gnoll pop out of a shadowbone :) lol .. talk about a surprise

My adventuring company dropped this hideous ghostly dwarf and he conned even to me at 35th. He dropped nothing, but I suspect, like the Librarian, Assistant Librarian and Xalgoti on level one... he'll drop the crystallized shadow armor, too.

These leggings changed from No Rent to Rentable in patch dated 21 Feb 2001. So the won't go "poof" now.

Speant an hour or so there last night but did not see this spawn. He must drop the key to the next level though, since the keys so far seem to drop off a rare named spawn. I guess we'll have to see though eh?

My guild was camping this floor for several hours trying to get a key for each member of group and we killed this guy at least 15 times...he doesnt drop the Key to the next lvl the angy Librarian does. Only got keys for 5 members of group but we did get two syllobuses and one students homework.

Crystalized shadow stuff drops off anything on this level from the five hours I spent there. Killing this fellow produced nothing all four or five times he was killed.

Have killed him 3 times so far. First time we killed him he dropped a BP AC:18 and some stats. Had a red look to it. All plate wearing classes could wear. Forgot to take a screenshot of it. Put an ooc to zone by the time a bard made it over it rotted as she was looting :(

The bp was crystalized shadow armor. No drop, lore, and high elves cant wear =(

Saw this last night and killed it. Didn't drop anything for us that time. On second floor, the key for 3rd floor drops off an angry librarian.
