Well He's 35 to 37 level wise...
Procs, not casts a Pillar of Ice line of Wiz Spell. You'll notice a blueish pilar of smoke around you with the proc. its pretty hard hitting 600damage or Nada. Trick is seems this guy procs whether he hits you or you hit him, and no even with a weapon he procs. I think this Proc is a Deadly Cross between a necro's Vampiric Embrace and a Wizards Pillar of ice line of spells. Very powerful and almost unresistable. Lets just say a level 60 warrior best have his Coffin size lined out before taking this guy on, cause he procs from the get go. 100% hp and procs, I've killed it 5 times looking for the Kly and the helm for the decent ac for a guild mate. Never seen overseer drop anything more than Normal Kly loots tho, normaly only a few coins.

resist buffs, and items not going to help you here. with 140 resist Cold with Full Vox Gear on it still did full damage and only resisted it 2 times out of 6. and at 51 I died in 4 procs thats 2300hp.

Best method of Dispatch is to clear the path from water to him, Snare pull, Dot him and Nuke/DD till he tries to gate *And he will try to gate onces he's at 1/4 hp left. Chain stun from 50%hp till dead, and make sure you just kite him around the water area and use the Pathing to keep him off you. Not to bad really this way, but gated on us once which makes it very tough. He's got good resists himself as wel does The Kly.

This mob is not all that hard his ice spell seams to be point blank radius so stay way back just send pet that can root Nuke it dies no biggy. It did try and cast stone spider stun on me and tried to debuff me other than that its not bad. I have soloed it many times waiting for The Kly to show (which never did) good luck on hunting him just keep distance and you live.

The Kly Overseer's ice-based DD is a proc from his firsts (therefore uninterruptable). It does approximatly 600 damage and gives the message:

"********* is shredded by ice."

It is NOT ice comet, as IC does about 2 times as much damage and gives a different message. Our level 36 paladin took 2 and survived. nasty attack, best way to defeat it is to give everyone an icebear cloak and hit everyone with Resist Cold. Giving the creep a dagger or other mundane weapon might cause the proc to not occur (any verification?)

Hiya all =) yesterday I go Dalnir with my 2 friend, 51 cleric & 52 necro, i'm 40 rogue, when we see this kly, my friend pull him out of his room and start to fight with it, at 1st its not really powerfull, hit for 8X, and cast some about 200 or so DD spell, but after it left about 2 bub or less hp, it cast 2 ice spell and killed full hp me, 900+hp, then my friend take down it, after we med and ress me, it spawn again, my friend pull him out again, it is same hit for 8x, we use necro be tank, but this time I hidden & sneak watch only, then I saw a message "the Kly Overseer bashes Vorn for 500 points of damage" Vorn is my friend's pet, then the pet died and we run to the TP and zone to warsilkwood.. well, i still don't know why it can bash 500 damage, but i have take photo for it =P take care when you fight with it, 500 damage bash =P

Conned even to me at 35 just yesterday and then proceeded to use me for toilet paper =(

He's actually 35-37, he's con'd even to a level 35 friend that was with me once...

It's not ice comet, it's a sort of weird ice blast that he procs when he melees you. He also procs stone spider stun and a dispell of some kind, so if you can lay on some useless buffs as well as your regular buffs. That way if you are lucky his dispell will clear your useless buffs and leave your cold resist, hit point buffs, and any other good buffs alone. This little puppy has his own little 800dmg ice comet spell that takes a tiny 3 secs to cast so beware.
