Ok Chanzg's post ... points are accurate. I spawned him twice within 30 min of being in zone. Both times he was at the frog trap beside the Zigurat/pyramid thing. Just ... made a few passes down and back through the frog traps and bam ... he poped twice.

I have killed this Fabled three times with a modestly geared lvl 85 Shaman, Tier 5 Merc Warrior, and pet. Mob hits hard so pre buff the Merc with Wild Growth, Listlessness, Lynx, and Halcyon Whisper just before you pull this mob. It can be slowed, so I pulled with resist debuff, slowed it, DoT it, Healed Merc and Pet. Healing is a big deal here. I have healing AAs maxed and that helps big time.
There are 5 traps that need to be cleared. I clear all five starting with the North most and ending with the South most. I have been told that the Fabled Korascian Warlord can be spawned from any of the traps when triggered, but all three times I killed him and all the other kills I have witnessed took place at the Southern most trap in the gully where the other frogs are. PH for the Fabled at that spot is a Korascian Hunter or a Korascian Warlord
Borrowed the Following trap /loc information below from Zaztik's post about the Korascian Warlord
Put the following text in your "poeartha_2" map file in your program files\sony\eq\maps folder and hit file > SAVE, then load up eq and zone into plane of earth:
P 722.7369, 1249.4973, -44.4496, 240, 0, 0, 3, Frog_Trap
P 762.8552, 441.2773, 24.1308, 240, 0, 0, 3, Frog_Trap
P 698.9662, 622.4436, 32.2127, 240, 0, 0, 3, Frog_Trap
P 665.8143, 1054.7626, 0.0020, 240, 0, 0, 3, Frog_Trap
P 741.4619, 860.9343, 33.8288, 240, 0, 0, 3, Frog_Trap
this will make finding the traps easy, just get near one and wait a sec and you'll see a young frog pop. not sure what the timer is on traps i think around 20mins, i was only there for one cycle so i may be wrong.

when i killed it last it was in 2009 . my warrior and shaman boxed both level 80 and 4 years of hunting down gear made my warrior and shaman a pretty solid duo... well for level 80s that don't raid and don't have SOD, anyway . My warrior has 3600 AC and around 25 or 26 K HPs unbuffed and 2000 something AAs. My shaman has ... well it doesn't matter really ...he is never out of mana :P my friend from an other guild wanted me to show him a few fableds, so after raping BOThunder, we went to POE. So here we are, all 3 in POEarth looking for fabled mobs. i think it took 2 spanws to get the Fabled A Korascian Warlord frog to pop. When it did i pulled it to camp, witch was at zone inn. ( nice and quiet there when no one pulls trains to zone out )
The level 70 mage poped his healer merc ( i don't use those things) the frogs DPS was pretty high on my warrior hitting in the 2000-3500s some rare 4000 hits . i don't remember if slow landed but i was relaxed enough to DOT with my shaman to get distracted and forget enraged... my shaman finished tanking the mob with the Tone O Pet AAs and DDs and the Mage freaking out and started to burn it when my tank died.
long story short... the melee DPS is high but not too crazy . It is comfortable with a full group level 75 80 IMO since warrior 80 shaman 80 and mage 70 and garbage merc did it. What was a real problem was the AoE Fabled Acid Jet, almost killed the mage and merc a few times :P
In all , it was a fun fight long enough to talk about it but not hard enough to be too afraid of it. Got the ball on my warrior :P YEAH HOO !!!!

Tried today, group was 81 SK (tank), 77 Wiz, 80 Wiz, 75 rng, 2 clr mercs.
Ate through the group like butter.
Consistantly hit the SK for 4k. Has 23K hp 3.4K AC buffed, which he was goin into the fight.
