I just want all ye light races to know I dont Give a #$@# im here to get xp too and all you guys complaining about me killing you!!! You dont see anyone forming a hate mob on those rats that killed you at lev 1 do you? Your very first characters know what im talking about!!! So get off my back and quit sending me hate mail! I hear all your footsteps as you walk by with your precious invis, dont think i wont hunt you down later all those who take a hit and zone. Forget it im logging to get me some fresh Paly's and Druids

Little note for reference: swimming in the lake in this zone tends to attract this *******, too. Unless you are an Iksar like I am, this usually leads to a fatality. So much for exploring the deeps! Why are these idiotic DE NPCs littered in places like this where they ought to be KOS to guards, who instead just stand there picking their noses while you get chopped in half? There is another such stupid dark elf in Highhold Pass and in East FP. With these dottings of random, opposing factions it makes being auto-KOS very tricky. Luckily some of these guys are not KOS to me. Phew! But when I get up to the 30s, I'll kill them all day just to avenge the thousands of people they have slaughtered. Anybody interested in starting a guild with this purpose in mind?

I'm an 18 druid on torvonillious and I soloed Gix w/o a problem. All I did was buff up with everything I had (like it mattered, he never even touched me) then kited him with stinging swarm until he dropped, only used half my mana bar and he dropped me to half hp right away with some harmtouch spell, but otherwise this guy is butter cause any druid worth his salt can spread him all over the ground.

as a lvl 10-13 shaman i hunted here and i always saw him around the lake. he conned dubious every time.

I am a lvl 29 druid, and this ******* kiled me, he resisted 9 snares and 3 roots, then he snared me and meleed me. I then came back, and snared him on the first try, then kept nuking him, but my 171 damage nukes were doing around 30-40 dam consistently. It was worth dying to kill this ******* who had murdered me so many times before.

Just the other day, I was strolling through WC minding my own buissnes, passed the TB and all of a sudden :

After I zone away for him --thank Tunare he spawns close to the zone-- I looked at my hps and calculated 190 damage from the HT!! Ouch =) I pass on the left of the TB now

One time is was wandering around WC for my first time and i bumped inyo him, he cast some wierd spell that dropped me in 1 hit! I went back to get my corpse and there he was! He killed me again...and again...and again. Finally i got a bard friend of mine and i go my corpse back. <simmers with anger at the thought of Kizdean Gix>.

I have made it a point that after I get call of flame spell (long way to go) I will routinelly run trough Wc and blast Gixe's *** to the **** yard he belongs in.

Just like I hate Sergeant Slate, I hate Kizdean Gix. I was quite KOS to him thanks to hunting for 7 1/2 levels in Crushbone. I can say with certainty that this guy is tied to Indigo Brotherhood faction, along with Zytl. His level ranges from 16-20, but he hits and dodges like he's about 25-28. He also casts some sort of root/ensnare type spell, and that ever-annoying fear spell that makes you run around uncontrollably. He also has a rather weak lifetap, but it's annoying nonetheless.
Why do I hate Gix? Well, aside from making it nerve-wracking to med at the toll booth, he caused me a lot of trouble the first time I came into WC. It was a really funny turn of events, but annoying nonetheless. I had just entered WC for the first time ever, and at level 15 ,I didn't think I really had a whole lot to be worried about. A griffin, a hill giant or two, things I could easily avoid. I figured it would just be a slightly more difficult version of EC. Anyway, I'm running through the night, and I spot some inns. Several DE people are hanging around at the toll booth medding and healing, so I buff them and heal them as much as I can. I start heading towards the inns and, seeing another DE just standing there, I figure, hey, he'd like a free buff. I dash over to him and begin to click the spell icon when I see "Kizdean Gix hits YOU...." With a quick con I discover that he's quite red to me. I begin to run. Since I am totally new to the zone, I am completely lost and in panic mode. I dash toward the corner of the nearby inn, hoping there's a guard there to help me out. Suddenly, a large shadow appears over my head. "A Griffin hits YOU..." is the next thing that I see.. "Great...." I moan. I begin shouting for help like mad. I see two obviously high-level dwarf PCs (or so I thought) medding at the inn and, noticing that the griffin and gix are having trouble following me around the inn temporarily, i quickly beg them for help in a feat of speed typing that can never again be duplicated. Then I realize they're NPCs. I spin around to face my doom at the hands of Gix and a griffin, when I notice that..the griffin and Gix are fighting! For the first and only time ever (unless I see Slate get ganged by a couple griffins some day) I began to cheer the griffin on. It made mincemeat out of Gix and then re-aggroed back to me. "Crap!" I shouted. Then, to my amazement, the dwarf NPCs wearing full plate mail jump to my rescue and begin fighting the griffin! He kills one of them, and is around 1/3 health when the other dwarf begins working on him. "Safe at last," I think. "That was utter chaos....I think I'll just go get an Oasis group and leave West Commons alone for now," I say to myself. Suddenly I hear that sickening, crunching, squishing critical hit sound. "Dragoon Zylt hits YOU for 150 points of damage!" pops up. Having only, oh, 99 HP or so left after gix and the griffin, I don't even have time to look at my Lay hands button before I fall over dead.

It was a funny sequence of events, but annoying as can be also. And you know, it was all Kizdean Gix's fault. The day I hit level 25, he is going to DIE. As soon as I get tough enough to take out the Dragoon, then he dies too!

Add me to his "kill" list as of last night. I tried, foolishly, to run to the guard shack, and he hit me with what I believe was a Fear spell. I ran uncontrollably for 5 seconds until he finished me swiftly.
I also believe he had a skeleton pet with him for a while.
In another 15 levels I'll come visit him again; until then I'll stay away from that area.

Im a Woodelf Rogue, he attacked me as well. We are all KOS. How are you suppose to talk to him if he kills you when you go near him..what a dillhole.

I was just on my way from Freeport to Rivervale walking along the road when all of a sudden this dude appears in front of me. He started hitting me but I figured: "He I still have my LoH and I got a SoW, I can make it back to the zone"
WRONG!
Just a few steps away from the zone he cast some weird spell on me... said something like: You feel the clutches of agony (don't remember the exact phrase) and while I had only lost half of my health, I drop dead to the ground!!!
Retrieving my corpse after this I ran into that #%*@#!!! Zytl and this guy didn't even try to hit me he just cast the same spell right away and with my full healthbar WHAM!!! I drop dead AGAIN!!!
When I'll be able to take em, BOTH OF EM ARE GOING DOWN!!!
