i've notice i can spend many game hours in this guys presence and he is always doing something and won't sell.. any1 know the pattern.. or know if it's caused by something.. cuz i'd rather just come 'round when he'll actually sell

Do you have to be a certain race to do this quest? I already have the baby, but im afraid that when i go to turn it in, he will try to kill me...Im afraid because im an Iksar. Can anyone plz answer?

How rare is this spawn, been unable to find him, I am a 34 lvl Dark elf Shadow Knight and while I am worried about working up my faction first I still have not seen him wondering around, After too much longer I am not going to even try if I consider as an Ally to them from all the gnolls I will have to kill... So does anyone know of his spawn time or if this quest works anymore?

Since i started dealing with this guy many levels ago, his prices have slowly gone up on what he sells. Have no idea as to why, he cons warmly to me, and my charisma has not changed. Anyone ever noticed this or have an idea as to why?

found out this guy is worse to kill than his prices. Just for kicks decided to kill him and his little lady friend. Almost died in the process and for absolutely nothing. Got a decent little crowd of lower levels watching me but that was about it

merchants do not drop corpses or give xp, found this out when killing some gnomes >;)

I killed him for kicks a few days ago. He hits pretty hard like Karg in Everfrost, bout 80's and a few 90's. Drops nothing valuable. No xp either, how cheapo.

I believe this guy gives the quest for the Gnoll slayer. You have to kill a named gnoll, Elgnub and give him back his kid
You have to give him the Sayer doll that drops off Elgnub and he will give you the gnoll slayer. The one he gives you is not the enchanted one.
