Spawns every 10 minutes inside of his house, walks through the wall and then through the field behind his home. Gotta watch for him, or he'll slip away before you notice he spawned. Presumably at some point he returns to his home, where he's most often found either sitting inside or dancing on the rooftop (which you can reach by jumping from the elevated section of field behind the house).

I spied the man sitting by him-self, on a dark and dreary night. Alone in his abonded shack, waiting for his cure, he waited silenty. Alas, this man did not know it would be his last. His words he did drop along with a fleshy orb, for the Paly Quest, was most of what was plunderd. Some say his curse is a creature of the night, but this Necro thinks differntly. His spirit rises fast, however he leaves his home to return unseen and chalanges those of the greater gods with a vengance unseen. Rodcet Nife is whom he worships; Innorruk is he who is greater. lvl 20 Necro. P.S. the exp and faction is great.

Ok,well I dont know about the theory's but I gave the potion to lempreck he drank it said it didnt work got mad attacked me.I am a 24th lvl druid woodelf of Tunare with amiable fac close to kindly i guess with TOL.
He drops the fleshy orb. I took the fleshy orb to the guy astead wemor the guy who gave me the original quest and potion, i asked him about the fleshy orb ..he directs yu to a woman in TOL The same one that takes the rabid pelts...ask her about the fleshy orb she wants to see it as did Astead.
She says take this to Lorme Tredore in Freeport then she gives u back the orb and some gold says here some gold also to by supplys fr the trip cause its long LOL.
Gave it to Lorne same result as the other aspect of the quest ..got a FSspear and the same reply abou tit being Guard Jenkins. The End

Completed the cure quest several times, and I found that Lepeck responds based on how quickly you bring him the cure. He attacked when I camped once after receiving the cure from the pally, and didn't give to him until the next day. He has given me the rusty scythe every time I bring it directly to him.
Does this prankster post about every NPC? he doesn't have a manastone. He is on priests of life faction and is for the shining star of light quest. I've done this quest with an agnostic bard and agnostic enchanter and he never attacked me, I just give him the potion and get a scythe that goes back to the temple of life for your SSoL. I did always do this in the day time and I did have amiable or better faction with him so maybe that helps. I've read the posts about the quest and am always worried about him attacking but he hasn't yet and I've done it a few times for cleric and paladin friends or to sell.

When you get the potion to give to lempeck there is a chance (seems about 50/50) that it won't heal him. He'll then accuse you of trying to poison him and then attack. The reason why he might not be there is he is off chasing some poor sap who was unlucky with the potion. I spent o alot of time turning in gnoll teeth so I could do this quest, as long as you don't try to poison him it's pretty profitable.

It could be that he turns into a werewolf, so you have to take him the potion early in the day. I don't know. I had sow and took off after he tried to attack me. He also conned threateningly to me. Wonder how I can increase faction with him?

I got this info from the AllahKhazam quest database. You will get several different potions when running this quest. Identify it to be sure you have the right one. Give him the wrong one, you get attacked. See the site for more info.

I did the quest, got there in 3 game hours, and it was at 1:00 PM gametime, broad daylight. He attacked. I had amiable faction at Qeynos Temple of Life (enough to get the quest)... I noticed he shouted "For the Glory of Kaladim!" when he attacked... perhaps you need faction with Underfoot or Miners' 249?

You simply did not have good enough faction to do the quest. I have had that several times on other quests. You will need to hunt Gnolls and turn the teeth in at Halas. My want to double check the exact faction you need for that quest though.

Did the quest. This is the guy that changes in to a werewolf at night. Don't approach him any time near nightfall.....he won't attack you. Has nothing to do with how fast you run to him with the antidote.

Lempeck is one of the NPC's involved in the quest for the Shining Star of Light. I tried to do the quest with my Paladin at about level 20. Getting the items was very easy for me at this level, but I was not able to finish the quest. One of the things you have to do is take Lempeck an antidote for his sickness. You get the potion in Qeynos, and you have to run as fast as you can to give it to Lempeck to cure him. When I gave him the medicine, he took it and then accused me of not being a true believer and started attacking me. I had SoW so I got out of there with my life, but alas, I did not get my weapon. I am not sure why he turned on me - there are several theories why he sometimes turns on someone and sometimes doesn't. I wonder if it has to do with your deity. Some say he turns if you don't get to him quickly enough.

this guy is an easy kite for anyone with a pet and a sow :) but he had bad bad faction hits for good races
