Is the new placeholder.. of othe Goblin Headmaster. It is not on same island as Oracle. The exact spawn location is -2435.35, -5784.43, -247.11.
Additionally, Gellmana Sunara is on this island.

Ah, not exactly. There is NO island at that location. However I did find an isle goblin headhunter at /loc +2435.35, -5784.43. roughly as my invis dropped and I was mobbed by 7 or more goblins that were actually green to a 36lvl mage, (unlike the old ones that were all gray to me, hence the reason I had no buffs like temp on me, ooops!!) To add to it, I crashed wial returning to bindpoint. I am now 'cooling off' for awhial and will repost with the complete info when I get time to return to Norrath.

he is a placeholder, there are alot of headhunter on the island though

HE can be targeted as a HM but when you kill hime he might turn into a different gobby

He's the placeholder for the headmaster.

The Headmaster spanws near the Obelisk in a tent, the headhunter spawns at a tent on the very top of the island
