No surprise you didn't post later on. 95% of the people that post that they will post info later on never do. He cons light blue at 85 and has Valor and Valor of Marr up but nothing else. Can easily check with leadership aa Inspect Buffs.

I tried this Fabled this morning with 3 people ( Cler, Nec, Pal ). A Beastlord joined later during fight. Omg what a fun fight, he hit not terrible hard, mostly missed or hit for damage base only, but it took us over 40 min to kill him. A single CH chain worked well, but I worried about Clerics mana, but with Yaulp and MindWrack it was no big problem.
Here some data:
Total Damage Necro: 884k
Total Damage Pal: 352k
Total Damage Beast: Unknown
Average hit on Pal ( 16% shielding, 3000 AC ): 930
DPS of Chamberlain on Pal: 350
Fight time 41 min
Never had such a long fight, definately a fun fight.

hits were over 2k when we tried him. immune to slow, but misses alot

Level 70, I would guess 1 million+ HP, though am not completely sure. Took about 20 mintes to kill twice(our raid leader memblurred him so people wouldn't lose faction, bad idea, made him C-heal).
Hits for roughly 1500 max, enrages, summons.
Overall, think of Ptav M'sha when you fight this guy
