For those who find this zone (and it's maps) as confusing as I do, she is in the Southern Spire past a door off the room where you had to kil Keleborn Redwave (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=19467) for access to Vule. So its across bridge, click doorway into Northern Spire, up crescent ramp in main room (around/above entranceway to ballroom), take hallway to right (east side), click door to Southern Spire, go all the way down ramp (counter-clockwise), click door and around hall to Keleborn room (2 rights I believe, with room on left). Once aggro relieved, there is a door that you get to by going left almost immediately upon entering this room. Click the door and the hall you end up in will take you straight to her. There are KoS mobs here so be prepared to fight a few before doing hails/turn-in...

[Mon Dec 19 23:33:56 2005] Irrissa the Seer directs your attention to the seeing pool once again. As the ripples clear you can make out a shadowy individual gazing into a full-length mirror. He casts no reflection. The figure sees nothing, but continues to gaze intently as if trying to recall what it was once like to see himself. Irrissa speaks softly, 'This man has riches, ancient artifacts, immortality, and slaves tending to his every need, and yet he would exchange that for the opportunity to gaze upon his own reflection again. Without the aid of a reflection, this figure seeks to understand himself through the reactions of others. The fate of these others is of no consequence to him.
