This is the fifth event in the 'Solteris, the Throne of Ro' raid expedition. Irrissa the Seer aggro's on approach:
Irrissa the Seer says 'With the might of Dreadspire at my command none can oppose me!'
Irrissa the Seer hits for a max ~10,000, flurries, and enrages. He begins AE rampaging (occasionally) for full damage at around 40% health.
Behind Irrissa is the portal to Dreadspire. Tending the portal are 4x "a trueborn summoner", each surrounded by 4x "a portal attendant". To begin with, they are all non-aggro.
Once Irrissa the Seer hits 98% health, "a trueborn summoner" becomes active (which one is random):
The summoner begins a complicated chant.
The summoner finishes his chanting moments before an enormous orc appears in the portal.
It is non-combative, but must be killed quickly. Shortly after it emotes, an add will spawn from the portal and the summoner will walk back to its spawnpoint. It should be killed within this timeframe as adds will pile up. In addition to unnecessary adds, Irrissa the Seer will power up if the summoner is left alive too long:
Irrissa siphons energy from the summoners to augment his abilities.
Once a summoner is killed, the four portal attendants become active and attack. They are similar to regular trash mobs in the zone.
This process repeats itself when Irrissa reaches 96%, 94%, and 92% health.
Once the summoners, attendants, and any adds are killed, you must finish off Irrissa the Seer. Irrissa has a couple of tricks. First, the warping: There is not much to this besides the fact that Irrissa warps in and out of the zone:
Irrissa is pulled back to his appropriate time.
He will disappear for a few moments, then re-appear and aggro on whoever had aggro last.
The second trick involves his clones. At specific health percentages Irrissa will spawn 1-2 clones of himself:
90% - 1 clone
70% - 1 clone
60% - 2 clones
40% - 1 clone
10% - 2 clones
0% - 1 clone
You have to deal with them while still fighting the original Irrissa. The clones are of equal strength and each single-target rampage. They need only be taken down a small health percentage before they despawn.
His third trick: The spells. Throughout the event, Irrissa casts a single-target spell called "The Seer's Touch" on random people:
The Seer's Touch: Single Target, (-170 Corruption)
1: Decrease HP when cast by 2000
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 2000 per tick
3: Silence
4: Increase Magnification by 55%
5: Increase corruption counter by 8
This may act as a viral type spell in that a player inflicted with it will soon AE the spell "Time Paradox" around them (so, they should get out of range of the raid):
Time Paradox
Targeted AE 50', Unresistable (0)
1: Decrease HP when cast by 15000
2: Blindness(1)
3: Improved Spell Effect (Time Paradox Shift) (shadowstep)
Irrissa's clones (and possibly the real Irrissa?) also cast the "Time Paradox" spell (confirmation of this is needed).
He'll also buff himself with a spell damage shield:
The Seer's Guard: Self 0', Unresistable (0)
1: Spell-Damage Shield (-1000)
In addition to the real Irrissa the Seer, all clones must also be killed in order to win the event. If you wipe out to a clone, it remains spawned - you will have to initiate the event again with the extra clone to deal with.
Irrissa the Seer has been slain by _____!
Irrissa the Seer's corpse says 'The portal will be raised again, you shall see!'
A chest spawns with loot near the portal.
Loot from this event includes 2 Phosphene Clusters (400 Phosphenes each) + 2 items from this list + 0-1 Faceted Sunshard (does not always drop):
Black Dirk of Shrouded Fate
Crystal Amulet of the Seer
Diamond Ring of Planar Health
Glowing Orb of Temporal Stasis
Jagged Ring of the Bloodeye
Silver Earring of Ephemeral
Transient Bow of Solar Winds
Twisted Staff of Temporal Paradox
