I was running through, and came across this guy coming in the opposite direction. I put an arrow into him, and that slowed him down. Walked up to him and bashed him, he dropped like a stone. Says "You will meet your doom soon enough, my friend ... My influence with the Knights of Thunder is great, and they will not rest until I am avenged!"

You wouldn't happen to have recorded the faction hits?
Saw this guy today as he appeared at the Zone line from QHills.
He says he hasn't time to talk because he is in a race.
I also saw another NPC (Kyle Rinlin) who had similar text.
There must be some sort of quest/event involved?
He ran from the zone lijne along the trial, then veered off to the tower at the crossroads, turn around and ran back to the zone line off the trial and poofed.
