In the Plane of Time: For event information, see this quest entry. Tallon Zek drops three items from his loot table.
In the Plane of Tactics: Max hit ~1,000; does not summon; shadowsteps himself around the room. Most of his damage output is from spells. Due to the "Tallon's Balance" debuff he casts, you will need to buff resists to ~450 before being able to resist many of his spell attacks.
In the Rathe Council Chambers: A chest with loot spawns after the Zek Brothers event.
In the Sepulcher of Order: Part of the event "The Triune God" (see this quest entry for the group version and this quest entry for the raid version).
In the Plane of War: Part of the 15th anniversary raid event "The Brothers Zek" (see this quest entry for information).

Looks like he has AE Rampage, but range fight is still a very good choice

Tallon also drops Shinai of the Ancients and Shoes of Fleeting Fury one droped off him for us tonight

Level 69 shm spell Pure Spirit will cure Tallons balance , which will help keep his other spells off the MT or whoever you need protected.

Has AE Rampage..Most of those debuffs will only hit MT if at max melee

he dont have an ae rampage, only an ae spell called barb of tallon.
