The stats aren't bad, but the AC is pretty dismal in times where you can get stuff like Gothic Steel (BP has 27 to this one's 22) for under 200pp a piece. I'd say spend your time exping and quest for one of the sets that are a bit better.
ARE WE CAMPING THE WRONG CAMP IN TM MY GROUP WAS AT THE CAMP NEAR KATTA ENT FOR 4 1/2 HOURS WITH NO COHORT.iS THIS THE RIGHT CAMP IF NOT WHICH 1 IS IT?? THANK YOU FOR HELP ODESIUS SOULSAVER 45 PALADIN OF THE OLD CODE
Finished this BP last night. Here is where we found the items 1)star jewel dropped off lightcrawler in SD 2)Mark of courage dropped of courageous tro jeg invader in SD (took about 12 hours of invader killing to get him to spawn) 3)Jagged reed dropped of restless rockhopper in hopper cave in Dawnshroud (spawned all the way in the back right of the caves) 4)white marble bowl dropped off coterie cohort (popped after about 3 spawns at the camp with Otto in TM) Bp looks the same as fine plate on a half elf just a shade darker
all this armor says 45+ to attain but i am wondering is that to attain solo or in a group? and if it is solo could a group of 36-40 get the stuff for the quest? i am a SK and i want to do those quests but there is a pally in y guild that i group with daily and he seriously need new armor he is lvl 39 and still wearing bronze so i thought this would be a very nice upgrade for him if we could get it. if we cant please post here and i guess we will look for something easier to get at our lvl. BTW the group would have these chars 39 Pally 36 SK 36 Pally 38 Cleric 39 War and the last char would be either a cleric or chanter
That group should be able to get most of the stuff needed for this quest. The only problem I see for you would be the rockhoppers in DSP. If you catch them at the right time though, you might be able to catch a higher level group killing them and that could help you avoid too many adds and such. Adds from zone, not hopper cave. Good luck. Worse comes to worse, look in bazaar for quest items. They aren't that much usually. Will take a while looking though.
My guess on the BP is 1 - 2k. I have never seen anyone selling this or any other piece of the Blesed Knight armor. It is a pain in the **** to get the items for it, and personally, when I do get it, I won't be selling it either :)
I would like to know how to get the Mark of Courage from A Courageous Vas ren Invader in the scarlet desert. Those blue things are everywhere and I didnt see one. I dont want to have to bring a raiding party to get one piece. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.

Does anyone know what color this BP is? I know it's a strange question considering that everyone on this thread is talking about it's stats... I have heard that it is the same color as Deepwater.
well not to mention that this armor is very similar to guardian.. if that weaker, hunting a full set of guardian should only take a couple of days if you know what you are doing and it is easier.
Im looking for any info regarding what drops the Jewels and marks needed for any of the Paladin Twilight quests. Although especially on the breastplate. Any help would be Awesome.

I cant believe that. The upgrade to Crafted, Soldiers armor, has no increase in AC from the armor before it. But here is it paladins, who are rarely the main tank, get an increase in AC on their BP. Granted it is only 2ac but as a warrior I would have gladly taken that 2ac along with the stat upgrades that come with Soldiers. The AC is more important than the trivial stats they give you, you only derive the greatest use of the stats from a full suit giving you nice bonuses.
I don't consider twilight armor really an upgrade to class specific quest armor. It's just another alternative for you in that level range. yeah it's not great. But it is suitable for mid range characters.
Well, really what they did was make up for shortchanging the paladins on the ro armor. Crafted armor is a piece of cake to quest, compared to ro armor, and has higher ac. Makes sense to me that Paladins, being melee class, should have the same ac as warriors, rather than the same ac as clerics. It seems that rather than changing the old world quest armor, to reflect the mistakes they made in it, they just corrected those mistakes with this armor. While a few pieces are not really upgrades (the cleric bracers come to mind) the sets are nice improvements over the old ones, mainly for the better stats.
...you're assuming a pally high enough to get this would wear it in the first place. EBCP and treeweave still have better AC than any of the midlevel quest BPs, and aren't too expensive.
I am a 52 Paladin and I would wear this breastplate. It would be an improvement on my CP of the Dark Flame, which I still wear. Like most paladins, I prefer questing to buying from EC merchants. Any quest that results in a good item, even though it is not for the "uberist" item out there, is a good quest in my book. F.M.
That's too funny, considering that prior to level 55 Pallies can tank just as well as any warrior, provided they have the skill and equipment. I know, I've main tanked mobs from Bro Z to the arena giants in Kael - successfully. And no, I'm not twinked...
I check up on this, and it seems to be true. I could only compare gloves tho, since they are at this point the only things that have been found for both paladin and shadow knight.
Finally a mid-level quest BP that has the stats that people actually want. Compared to the old world Pali Quest BP, people will actually use this 1 if they aren't twinked.
