The location of the branches shown in the map is far northeast corner in Pellucid Grotto (shown North of Underquarry zone line).Branch respawn is 2 minutes and 48 seconds. The cliknar seers, which see invisible, are near each branch location.
Go into your display settings and turn off radial flora, you'll see these alot easier. The see invis clicknars are "a cliknar seer". These can easily be gathered by Level 90 ranger and his healer merc. you can HA singles, kill them and clear around until you've gathered them all.

These are found in Pellucid Grotto south east of the Fungal Forest Zone in. In an area that juts back where there are fallen trees and various cliknars. Watch for the "see invis" mobs. Item is a ground drop and pops fairly fast in various locations in there. If you have the quest, you will get a yellow emote saying that you see one. Items are not stackable and are not pre-lootable for the task. These are used to make tools in the Fletching part of the 2.0 Shawl quest.
