Shadows of Luclin
I have passed through SWT many times and frequently, out of spite, kill nuisances. Since the patch before last I have never seen anything except the hat. Dozens of hats, but nothing else.
When I was a newbie most of my first set of armor was from nuisances but I'm wondering if I've had a very strange run of unluck or was the drop changed?

OK these may look like crap at first glance, to jaded item-surfers who frequent Allakhazam's.
But hey, just realize those Nuisances are level ONE (1) mobs!
It'd be dang nice for an untwinked player to score some of these Dingy drops super-early in their career.
Yeah, yeah, they're better off in the pit, but still. Even when they emerge around level 5, not bad.
EDIT: However...I don't know how often they drop. I've killed a few nuisances (5 or 6?), and never seen any dingy armor drop.
