This item is amazing. It's the best poison cure in game as far as I know. It's saved my life from Trakanon's AoE DoT. It's saved me from nasty poison DoTs in LDoN (off the trapped chests). Farming is easy for a high level. My 65 Rogue Can pick up 5 of these in about 30 minutes time assuming average drop rate. I carry 2 on me at all times.
I agree; I just stumbled onto one. This is a fantastic item.
This is a nice item for Trak raids, great way to get rid of his nasty poison dot.
