Laitos Crystal  

 

When you completed the task Blurik gave you, he seemed shocked. He shouted, 'Look, everyone, a minor humanoid who is as good as his word! Thank you for finding the crystals I needed!'

Blurik the Runner says 'You have found the crystals! Now I will avoid an unpleasant flogging. As I promised, I will tell you about the Portal. It exists in more than one location, in more than one plane. It is said to have been built by captive slave-mages who were put to death long ago. This was perhaps a mistake, for gradually the portal began to give off malevolent energies which burn beings who pass through it, unless they carry one of these arcane crystals. The Dasiron and Zahlikk crystals are used by larger creatures and constructs. Seek ye the blue Laitos crystals if you wish to travel to the Plane of Earth, those will prevent you from getting a nasty scalding as you journey through the Portal.'

I looted Laitos Crystal & Earthtouched Crystal after I killed the 3rd "a toskirakk ward sergeant"

After completing Blurik's Toil from Blurik the Runner he tells you, (along with some previous dialog) "Seek ye the blue Laitos crystals if you wish to travel to the Plane of Earth, those will prevent you from getting a nasty scalding as you journey through the portal." Not sure what to do after this as he doesnt offer any further quests or information.
