Also drops off a Sebilisian bonemaster and seems to be quite common.

There seem to be several just inside the Kaesora town gates.

Drops from a sebilisian bonetropper and a sebilisian archer in Field of Scale. Uncommon, but not really rare drop rate. Good chance it drops from any undead in the zone.

Also, it's for the "Parlay with Ganak" mission.
