Buy the cheap pieces in the bazaar. When you claim, it will give you the pieces you don't have. At least, that's what I've heard.

This still works as of 4th quarter 2014. It gave me stuff for the slots I didn't already have.
If you have every visible piece, it will give you two wrists and nothing else. The other slots are lore.

Trying to figure out what levels you need to be to get which armors.
At 2, Crude (0/10)
At 24, Simple (5/20)
At 25, Rough (15/30)
Haven't gotten Ornate
At 51, Flawed (37/50)
At 57, Intricate (48/60)
At 65, Elaborate (59/70)
The split at 24/25 is particularly informative. 24 is four levels above the top end for Simple, and 9 levels above the required for Rough, but not enough... while 25 is. 5 levels short of the cap perhaps? This would mean
1-14 Crude
15-24 Simple
25-34 Rough
35-44 Ornate
45-54 Flawed
55-64 Intricate
65-85 Elaborate
I don't have any data points that contradict this, and it seems simple and consistent

Ornate- Recommended level of 40. Required level of 26.
Flawed- Recommended level of 50. Required level of 37.
Intricate- Recommended level of 60. Required level of 48.
Elaborate- Recommended level of 70. Required level of 59.
Unholy Czars, the only guild with an intelligence requirement.

Has anyone does this at 70?? And if so, what are the stats of the armor??

I tried using it at level 60 and got intricate. Someone told me that they were pretty sure that you have to be level 65 to get elaborate. I will post here when I can verify it.
Yeah, I used my batch at 65. Before ya use it make sure you got all 3 wrists. I had the bracer and wristguard but didn't notice there was a wristBAND. So one click was wasted. But I did get a bp and leggings with the next two clicks.
How many times can you click this item? The expendable charges says only 1. Is it possible to get multiple pieces of armor from this bundle?

i got this item when i just came back... i think it was for the promo people only it was a claim item and it summons a pice of armor for the lvl you are.. BUT if you use it on a lvl 1 toon my sister found out it just points you north
where/how do you get this?

Nothing's currently summoned, as the effect is really True North aliased as "Summon Defiant Armor."
