Does anyone know the name of it once you combine the either 1 or 4 essence's from crystallos in it? I heard it should become even better...

Can anyone tell me why does someone post this as a loot and not say where it drops and from what mob ? Do not link it if you can not give this information .
No need to chastise the people trying to help out by posting items, eventually someone just as helpful will come along and hold your hand...
Like all upgraded SoF group armor, it starts with the Tier 2 zone armor drop, in this case, a Warped Steel Helm (do a search for it here in Alla's), then you get a class-appropriate Steam Core from a Tier 3 zone, in this case the Steam Core: Purification. When you have the appropriate faction with Ak'anon Strike Force V, you can buy a container to combine these two to create this helm.
It's not a drop, but rather a combination of 2 drops combined in a container from a faction vendor.
