Damn an 8wis cloak. I spent about 45 mins there and didn't see him on track. Must be relatively rare spawn.

we killed him three times during a two hour camp of one of the coterie camps and this is the only thing he dropped besides batwings and furs. he popped in different places though so maybe he just pops all over the zone.

Think tailoring a studded Acrylia cloak is more worthwhile. Its 7ac some str some other stats and 10 wis )))

Killed him tonight, dropped nothing at all. I'd assume this is a rare drop on him.

Levitation, like the cloak Quillmane drops, only, Quillmane's doesn't have charges, but I don't think it has any added stats.

The "Cloak" Quillmane drops is actually a shoulder item, however misleading the name may be.
It has a +6 or +7 dex on it, wt 5.0, all/all, unlimited lev (about 6 sec cast time, clickable from inventory, and does not require a batwing component).

wow looks like a VERY nice wis caster cloak (dru, shm) I gotta get me one of these if my computer ever runs EQ properly again
