Drops off Goranga Hunters in maidens Eye. Level 50 + group could take em. Near the Dawns Peaks zone. Have fun =)

Not that it's a bad thing but you know when it drops that everyone and their granny will be rolling on this *grin*.
I always roll need before greed with any group i'm in but I honestly can't see any class not wanting this one :)
Reguardless gl to anyone who gets the chance to roll on this great item, I know i'll be heading there soon to give it a try! :D

hehe strange that there havent been any "this is definitely a <fill in the blank> item. I guess thats because it isnt definitely for any one class. As a warrior I would want this pretty badly, but i wouldnt fault any other class rolling for it.
I think a good question to ask in an item like this is "pick one class that you would pass it on to other than your own". for me that would be paladin or shadowknight. they can use both the AC as well as the stat bonus. The wis/int and mana would be wasted on me, and the Ac would be wasted on the pure casters (maybe you can make a small case for the cleric).

But as far as the mob that drops it goes....I'm afraid I am going to have to be a prick and not say what mob it was. I still want one of these for myself, and that would be kind of hard to accomplish if there are people in this campsite 24/7 trying to get one for themselves. Sowwy.

Expect this to be nerfed very soon... I'm sure it's not supposed to be dropping in Maiden's Eye.. probably more like the Shissar Temple. Get them while you can.

Any idea what mob dropped this? Most mobs in that zone are blue to me at 54 so I could just kite forever until one drops ;)

Hehe Naggy raids were only fun the first couple of times you did one. They got real tired real fast, especially in crafted...

Seems alot like the Clawed Griffen Sword...when SoV first came out it dropped off some common mobs when it should be a reward with Yelinak for turning in Tormax's head...I wouldn't be suprized if this is the same kinda thing.

There are now weapons that use hand-to-hand skill, while other recently-discovered weaps named "handwraps" use 1hb skill because many said that things that go in your prim/secondary slot can't be programmed to use h2h. Things change.

I never said this item is fake. I was only stating reasons why it looks like it could be fake, and letting people come to their own conclusions. If this item really is real, then hurray for everyone who gets one. I know that I will stay there as long as I can to get one. I was only stating the extremity of the skills. Very few BPs for druids and int casters, excluding Velious BPs, are over 20ac, but this is an earring! This is like wearing the Druid Trak BP, -effect, +more stats, on your ear. I'm only stating the facts, and showing how one could doubt the truth of this item.

This Item looks awesome, and I really hope it isn't a fake. I did not doubt this item until I looked at it again and saw three things:
1) 20 AC. It's dificult to find leg items that have that much AC--I think there are only a few throughout the game--let alone earrings.
2) svEVERYTHING. Most items with good resists, short of Velious quest or uber dungeon drops, are resist gear with MINIMAL other stats. This has awesome WIS, INT, MANA, and AC already, but 5 to all resists? That's unbeatable. EVERY SINGLE PERSON on every server would want one of these, and would use it if they got it.
3) COMMON DROP! If this is so common, every other earring in the game will be garbage. You can just take your level 1 over to Maiden's Eye, grab one, and *poof* you're uber.
Now, if this is real, i'm not complaining... and I will do exactly what I said, and get one for each of my characters asap... but these seems too good to be true.

It's pretty hard to say if a drop is Common or Rare so far, since the zone has only been around for 2 days! Geez.. and I'm sure not many, if any, got this on the first day. Give it some time, then figure out if it's Common or Rare.
Please post the mob that dropped this wonderful earing!
