In case anyone is wondering about the Purity (like I was), you can get extra stats from power sources, as well as a specific proc effect depending on the source. Light orb = healing proc, elemental orb = chaotic strike proc, etc.

this has got to be the single most awesome looking weapon in everquest to this day. wish they would start making good lookin weapons again.

Does not matter who drops it, when you can just Hack it. GM's dont care. We have people runnin around with this on our server, but our topguilds are only in FC/AG. (Not server transfers) Then you have a hackercrew, thats no way would be able to raid this event - with several "drops" of this weapon.
I thought there were GM tools to detect who/when/what was looted from "gods" and this information was logged in a database. If a Gm ran a query and check up people with this item, they might find some oddities where less than 12 people beat this event in a matter of seconds.
Some toons have 500days++ played and work hard for their gear - then you have lvl 80, 2k AA with solteris gear, but only 15 days played. Go figure..

No it doesn't omniwrath, I have 2.5 + tacvi aug and it's only 111/40, would be 113/40 with AG aug, and this would be 136/36 with AG aug. So no, this hits harder than paladin 2.5 fully augged.

I know this is kind of besides the point and the original poster will not read this, but I just wanted to say as of the time the first post was made, the Blade had way less dmg on it, but they had upped it by the time the poster before me posted. Therefore, I am sure that the Pally 2.5 was more powerful from a dmg standpoint, before the change, and now the Blade takes the cake.
Sasan is right if you look at the screenshot posted for lance of solteris it shows dmg of 102 but now it has 115. Damage on these weapons was updated. So at the original release, paladin 2.5 was better but now this blade is better.

Holy ****, this weapon is the **** !! My Mangina Terrelia and my mainboy Smashem need this ****! Can I ebay it like I did Smashem, or should I say Bigheadboy until I named changed him?
