This piece seems to be the bottleneck for the entire quest. You always get it from the warden, but there are no others who always drop it and it's rare drops for them.

So what's so great about this bag then? A 4-slot giant-size bag that doesn't reduce weigh at all, yet drops off a level 75 Fabled mob, must have some sort of use.
umm, it's for the fabled ring of the shissar . there's already a bunch of info about it so yeah just try looking
I'm not a premium user and i still know what it's for. people just have to learn to use study skills and actually find info on their own.. if they checked out what the non fabled pouch is for, it would be obvious that the fabled version is used in making the same item only a fabled version. common sense ftw

Non-premium users don't see the recipe lists above.
This piece doesn't randomly drop off all the taskmasters...just the fabled warden and the fabled rhozth ssravizh
