I was able to get a weighted velium brawl stick for my monk 32/40 ratio being - 1.25
This weapon has a slightly better ratio - 1.233
With haste being 81% with FBSS & spell swift like the wind (49 enchanter spell), the ratio would be skim if any.
2nd Part - Doesn't having a weapon with delay of 40 or higher give a damage bonus now? (could be wrong) make the weighted brawl stick better?

As far as I know, all weapons give some sort of damage bonus. Before the patch that upgraded 2h weapons and other melee skills, everything with a 40 or greater delay gave a greater dmg bonus. Not sure, tho, how the patch effected the bonuses. This particular weapon, the dmg bonus for my 58 warrior is like 25, or something right around there. The nice thing, weapons now display what their dmg bonus is when you inspect them.

As llyric said most of the time its those rats that are fought, Priceless is the best one that drops i think. Warswords are really good. But this seems t be nice too. Some named mob drop nice stuff but most of the time its those cherati things that are hunted.
Priceless only drops in Sleeper's Tomb.

Generally a random drop from the mobs in the zone. On my trips in there, we have mostly fought Chetari rats, and every now and then one of them will have an item. I personally have never seen a brawl stick drop, but I have seen a couple of the series of warswords from there, a bow, and a lance.
My highest character is still a long way from getting anywhere near this place. In fact he (34 SK) has just begun hunting in Velious. It's nice to know that all these rockin Velious weapons are waiting for me later. Might even be a reason to train up my 2hb. I'd like to know what it dropped from. Also, how rare are these types of Velium weapons? The whole series, Light, Heavy, Carved, Worked, etc...Are they just uncommon, or eceedingly rare drops?
Heres some info for ya:
When you zone in to Dragon Necropolis, the first thing you will meet is Phase Spiders. Drop a nice carapace, riddled with stats. And them spiders are 51+ in level. And from there it gets worse, with lots of traps breaking your invis, spawning Dragon Constructs and the like. You will come to know them so don't worry. Just have at least 3 50+ groups and with some wit you will survive...
Anyway, after going deeper into the zone you will get to a cave where there are some Chetari rats... tought little furry bastards. They range from 51 to 59 in level (thats what I have seen myself at least) and are as such tuff. In 5 hours of killing these we got one Velium Brawl Stick and a Polished Vel. Battlehammer. So.... they are not that easy to get there.
Anyway, the zone rocks when your guild is about to equip its meleers: all should go there a few times and get them meleers some good dmg dealers.
And yes, they drop the whole series... from the Velium Dagger with 12dmg DD proc to these sweet babies...
