Proc lands on everything, despite what the spell description says.
Since this doesn't stack with panthre do you think it will stack with the bard song series (storm song) that has a simliar effect only 102 DD instead of 400? Storm song and panther do stack, so i would think it would but not certain.
I don't know of Any songs that block spells (and vica versa). So if this doesn't stack with the bard storm line, it would be unique.
The decription in the screen shot is incorrect.
This adds a 400dd proc to undead, not 250. The proc rate is 250, might be where the confusion was when they entered it in.
I use this on undead raid targets when I don't have a shammy in group, since it doesn't stack with panther.

This would be nice to have.
it may look really nice but lucy and allakhazam forget to list the recast time which is 43 minutes.. the panther buff only lasts 1 minute so.. it's not really as nice as it looks.
(yes i'm certain of this even though lucy and alla dont list the recast)

How do you acquire this?
it is obtained through the second quest given by Wraithguard Warden Hrosigar, called warning sings. sorry i do not have more detailed information.. i have not actually done the quest yet and Im not at that part of faction progression yet
