AC18 now which makes them very nice. Until I can get my Planes armor, legs off of VS or Velious armors, these are a nice upgrade from my old Lambent.

I was grouped with a 37 bard on cazic-thule server and he said that he bought them for 4.25 k.
Now according to all of you guys it costs 8-10k i doubt that. And the info on the item says 28k??what's up with that.Of course m price will be even cheaper cuz i'm in a 51 plus guild for sum reason tha has a person for every skill so i buy him the peices and he makes it without a doubt his skill is 230 so he prolly won't mess it up.So all of you paying 8-10k for these well i just have to say that you might as well save for something better for bards aka Di'Zok wristsnapper.LOOK IT UP I HAVE ONE!!

Happy to make you some of this crap. As for our friend who thinks they are going to get them for 1k .. <cough .. laugh> .. materials cost would run to about 1.25k.

Each piece would be a rough investment of 8hrs work. So price of about 8k to 10k is a bit underpriced, but understand that other junk falls off mobs after 20 seconds of very difficult "facing the mob and switching on auto attack." Which reduces the prices of stuff that actually takes effort to get.

Bah.

It's great how they're coming out with new items from craftsmen that are so good. But, I still think they should dramatically reduce the cost of producing them.

This armor doesn't cost so much to make. Smithers make people pay a lot because that's a very pricy skill, a lot more than jewelry, and ingredients can be a pain to gather.
Just gather all the components for him and you'll see the price drop a lot.

I would like to buy one of these. I'm guessing there's not a lot of Smiths that can make these just hanging around. But this item would be worth at least 1k to me a lowly 38th season. If anyone has an idea on the price or your on lanys and would do a work for commision please post.
The cost of smithing, post 200

This is a short report of a recent smithing push made by the man responsible for this item you see before you.
He recently made 340 folded MQ sheets for skill increases at FS plate. 170 combines at 2 sheets each. A total investment in sheets alone of 7000pp. He got 7 skill increases. Seven. Went from 214 to 221. It also took 4 hours. Four hours of moving items around in your inventory and clicking 'combine'.

How many of you would spend even the first 4 hours at smithing? Not many, I know. And yet you would gladly ask this man to make this stuff for you and then tell him he's overpriced. Or accuse him of lying about his skill level because he failed to make your piece after you gathered the components for a month. Bah!

This man is a great smith, and I salute him!

Bards

Looks like some nice Bard Twink Pants. I bet the price tag on making these is pretty hefty though.

The current expected going rate is 4-5kpp per Enchanted Sheet...

Thus, this item would sell for 12-15kpp... Theoretically.
