Saw a single set of these on a vendor in Cabilis.
Is this a tradeskill combine? (no recipe currently listed).
It would be surprising for a drop to be unknown this long... or is it a rare result of a quest (likely a lowbie Cabilis quest that gives a variety of rewards if so)?

He actually sells the full armor set, you can see as there's no Qty set in the Purchase/Sell window. I updated his page.

Cool that you've "solved the mystery" of the source of this odd gear.
Someone must have sold one set to a different vendor, as this isn't the guy/spot I saw my single pair at. I've also seen a single quantity set on a vendor out in Field of Bone yesterday. My guess is some newbie Iksars gearing up with the vendor gear and then selling it off when they get a 1ac better drop or quest result? Can't think of another reason for this stuff to be mobile in single quantities. Though I suppose more than one vendor may sell it in unlimited #.
