is this his rare or common drop, I was looking forward to the ac20 bracer that he drops, but instead droped this.

Yah i agree with the last message so far,( whats the point getting a 2ac 3int 15 mana, or 3 int 15 mana earring, when u can get a 35mana, 25hp, earring) The HP is good for casters too because they die quickly, with like not even half the health warriors have..

A black sapphire earring is also easier to acquire aswell. but once i saw an even better ring with even better stats than the black sapphire earring, here is my story>>>, i tried ril and til once, with a group and , we died, but later, i got another group for an even better earring.. and we killed the mob easily,

This is probably the best for a necro, cus they need dex and int.....
Then other casters like chanters, mages, and wizzies,,,,
Then for every other class it is crap for, but the dex may help....

This item is positively pathetic for a high level dungeon drop. I can see if it came from Crystal Caverns but Velk's Lab??? I'm assuming the mob that drops this, Rijoely, is near Tijoely who drops an even worse earring (Tijoely 3int 15mana, Rijoely 2ac 3int 15mana). Let's compare it to another similar earring, the Obsidian Bead Hoop (2ac 3int 3agi). 2ac 3int, that's same between them and 3agi might or might not help you increase a tad on ac while 15mana on each earring is near to useless since most mid to high level spells require way more than 15-30mana to cast. I would say the 3agi vs the 15mana on each earring is a slight edge to the Rijoely earring. However, when compared to the difficulty of obtaining each earring. Well, no contest, the Obsidian Bead Hoops win by a long margin. This really is an earring for the level 20-35 crowd, thus it sucks since it's from Velketor's Labrynth.
