I made a few stacks today, followed the ingredients posted and it worked every time.
TheSequelCult, make sure you're using the right ingredients some of them have the same graphic. Make sure to not stack the items when making them, have to have 1 item in each slot if you stack them it won't work.

Make sure you're using 1 or 2 of the ingredients as directed. If it still doesn't work after that, let us know.
