King Gragnar dropped these gaunlets along with a bronze katana and a bronze wakizashi. At lvl 40, the king hit me with something that took 20% of my hitpoints. Only time he touched me. Pet was easy kill. Shamans tried to heal the king. Killed the king on the way back from Stonebrunt. This was done as a 40 Rogue. Hope information I have provided helps.
