This makes best haelm for Dark Elf SK.
Why? Cuase Dark Elfs have low STA and extra INT never hurt a Shadow Knight
basicly for that matter Human and Gnome SKs will find this very usefull as well.
Still good for any Sk for that matter, cause Ogres and troll coudl sue extra INT.
CONCLUSION: this is an SK helm =P

I love the stamina (many a non-barbarian Rogue does) and frankly, I like the extra int. Why? I don't know but, even beyond tradeskills, I like being a little brighter than most =)

Obviously, a Shadow Knight stands to gain the most from the intelligence bonus. The hit points gained from the stamina bonus offset the few points of armor class lost switching from, say, a Blood Ember helm. Twelve intelligence equates to a fair amount of mana for high level Shadow Knights.

You would buy this thing just for tradeskills? I laugh at you and the cost you would pay for this. Keep in mind this is on level 50+ mobs.

Plus, trade skills go off of Int or Wis, whichever is higher. So the Wis casters wouldn't really need this to benefit thier skills.
