What part of the zone is this guy spawn pls.....
In the hallway north of where the Praetor spawns, near the Scarlet Desert side.
Just go to the room where the spires are, with the 6-spawn inside (1 spawn at each spire, 2 on either side of door, 2 in north/south corners of the west wall). Once you're sure you're in the right room, turn around and go through the door. You should now be in a long hallway going north/south. THIS is where the Wailing Pugilist spawns.
I was checking a spawn when I came across him today, with my 67 Druid. Rooted, Snared, dropped 4x DoTs on him...and sat back while he died. All in all, pretty easy to kill.

To my knowledge, he is a rare spawn at the same area that the Confused Pugalist spawns, roughly loc -163.98, 1341.80, -74.97. I have been camping the area on and off for about 2 days, and have yet to see him. The normal mob, Confused Pugalist has spawned several times. Drops pants and the melee class earring.

Where in the zone / by what camp does this guy spawn? It's all pretty much perma camped as far as i have been able to find. And the people farming these items on my server are not giving up locs. heh.
