Scars of VeliousJust completed this quest last night. There are 4 tomes that drop randomly off of Jaelk & lararith in SS.
The 4 tomes needed:
Tome of Elemental Cognizance - Most common
Tome of Elemental Understanding - Kinda Common
Tome of Elemental Contemplation - Rare
Tome of Elemental Insight - Very rare
Give all 4 tomes to the Mosscovered Treant in PoG to get the belt.

im Gunna start seeking out the Pages from SS just wondering if any of you have attempted the quest with bad faction yet im still seeking a way to fix my faction in PoG(dont think ya can but..)any way next raid i see in PoG im gunna run in invis find him drop invis con em and Gate ill let ya no my progress.

There isnt anything you can kill to raise faction w/ Tunarean court but there are a few quests.
Quests you can do to raise the faction:

This quest is given by the Mosscovered treant that hangs out at Tunare's tree. There are 4 ( maybe 3 ) books that drop in Skyshrine that the treant wants. I know one for sure is called "Tome of Elemental Cognizance". The others also have the word "Elemental" in the title. I looted the congnizance book off a named Wurm located before the first teleporter in SS. Too bad I can't use the Belt :-(

LOL, oh man, when I was creating my character way back I didn't even consider Tunare, who would? there's plenty more 'elemental' gods to choose from, or even agnostic for neutral faction.
I play a 57 mage and I've yet to meet a mage who worshipped Tunare, I'm kicking myself for not being more of a tree hugger =P
On the last PoG raid this thing was left to rot, there weren't a whole lot of HIE mages there anyway and not ONE of them worshipped Tunare, though I bet the ppl who chose Tunare are leaning back with a HUGE smug grin right now, hehe -- We need a one-time religion changing quest, cos ah feel the lurrrve for dem trees!

If almost all the quests in Plane of Growth are Tunare useable only, why not make one for us Karana Druids too?

It's a bit of class/race balancing. Halfling druids are soo much better looking than the skinny elf druids, so they need these extra quest items to build them up a bit

Um, dunno if you looked, but this item is only wearable by high elf mages... no druids can wear this, even ones that worship Tunare.

Basically the question is this... "Why are there not other planes with other gods that have quest items of this value?" I mean realistically there are no quests with innoruk even though he's been in the game since near the beginning, and there are followers of innoruk. (Maybe they could make the necro focus item a quest? :P )
