Waterlogged Flesh  

 

Since the Freeport revamp for PoR the Freeport sewers are very different. I have killed over 40 of the "a drowned citizen" trying for the Waterlogged flesh, 25 of them today, but it never dropped. I am wondering if it has been dropped from the loot table. I am playing on the Combine progression server and trying to do the acolyte quest for my halfling druid. The other 2, algea covered flesh and the swollen flesh dropped fairly quickly, (4 kills or less).

The flesh can be found inside the tunnels of West Freeport. When you stand in front of the gate, just hug the wall on until you go through. This method can be used on both sides. Normally the drown citizens should spawn in both tunnels, but i've waited for over an hour in the left tunnel (when you face the gate) and didn't see any. So i went to the right tunnel where eventually you'll come to a pitt filled with water and drowned citizens. Now here's the problem. You need to dive in which can cause the 4 citizens to attack you. So if you're about level 13-16 it might be handy to get some backup. I've been able to kill them all with my lvl 24 drd in the following way. I dove in on the side where you enter the room with the pitt. Swim through the tunnel until you can stand. With a bit of luck, you only pull 2. I had all 4 on me, and only one had the flesh, so you might need to go back.

Is it no-drop?

Look, here is the scoop on waterlogged flesh go to the east gate in east freeport, and go the west side all the way to the end, and there is a invis wall there go through it and u will zone. then there will be three tunnels pick the closest left 1 u will zone and then go into the water and there ya go ya got the zombies about 4 or 5 on ya, i suggest 13-ne lvl but if u r 13-16 then u might wanna have a high lvl char with u to deal some punishment.
