How hard would this be nowadays? I never did Demi-Plane so idk, but i imagine it couldn't be that hard to do with modern gear. I got a 70 Sk and this would be..epic.

Raynoc, glad to see there are some retards in EQ lol. Any smart knight would realize how great this weapon is. The rune proc itself helps add a bit to the defensive side, especially as an SK when combined with umbral skin, or even decrepit skin. Then you also into consideration that this proc is AE AGGRO!!! Yes, when you have various mobs, this will add AE aggro to ur casts! Do me a favor, before you mouth off more stupidity, go to evilgamer.net.

Of course, the smart knight knows that taunt does not generate agro... Other than that, I agree with you completely, that and having a rune proc helps mitigate damage and the agro produced is AE...

On Firiona Vie, most items labeled NO TRADE on other servers can be traded.

First its No Drop......you can't trade for it. Secondly, you have to have access to the Demi-plane in order to loot it

MC doesnt have a 225 Tap. Its a 225DD with a mana tap recourse. Not a lifetap. So yes that proc sucks.

All in all I'll keep my morguecaller. I don't agree it's proc is worthless. MC has an unresistable 225 tap with 25 mana recourse for group which when tanking/grinding in groups with Weapon Affinity 5 and 40 Combat Effects I proc all the time. This feeds a nice chunk of mana over time to the group, and combined with two Bites adds up. You gotta think of the total picture. Max Mana over time sent to group.
I sure don't have extra buff slots for Rune IV on this weapon though the extra .05 ratio for a dps efficiency rating of 265 vs MC's 235 nice /not who the hell cares! pull out your 2 hander if you want to dps!

and he's actually stupid enough to use 2 bite spells, too resistable, too long a refresh timer, and not enough effect on it to make it worthwhile.
But casters in your group love the incomming mana.
Even at the current refresh rate, the mana per minute ratio is better than current mana regens. Then add the ancient bite, although less mana, still adds to that, almost doubling how much you are pumping to the group, and helps cover the mana cost of the first one.
The group heal effect is just a bonus.

After taking a look at MC, As a SK I would go for this weapon. Just for the dam/delay ratio.

Passed on 2 that dropped tonight, 2 Other Pally's bid on it and got em. I must say
1 thing...Weapon looks SWEET :)
