Depths of DarkhollowI did get the artifact version of the object, given to me by a GM after reporting a bug with the quest (and not getting the reward after wining roll on it twice!)
Artifact has no aug slot, but is cool to have at 57!

What does "ARTIFACT" mean?

"ARTIFACT" is the item in its best version, and it will get "tuned down" to your character's level. If your character is level 61-70, the stats will be identical. If you're 51-60, it will be a different item (basically same stats, only lower) with a different name.
Does anyone know if there is a lvl requirement associated with this item, for it would be nice for a little twink.
no theres no req, but depending on your level depends on stats that are recieved on this item for instace thats max stats it can have, if your level 30 itd prolly come out with little less then that on stats, and you would have to get thme again at a higher level to gain more stats

This is the name of the item as it drops in the Monster mission "A Griffin's Plight". The name and stats change depending on your level when you exit the successful mission. The stats shown are for level 61-70 and the name is Decorated Arm Plates.
