this mob casts a AE fear as a pally i was the only 1 left standing to fight him when many adds came otherwise the mob dosent hit very hard or fast but these mobs cast stuff like fear or mez or charm they can potentialy wipe most grps if the effects land

this guy spawned on the steps of the arena,
he was a pain to pull out of the arena, cause he kept warping back into the arena
Easy kill once u can get him single
He does have a PH of one of the undead mobs on the steps, he was in the middle top of the steps

I saw in a post that this named spawns in the Arena area. If anyone has killed this named, it would be great if you could narrow that down a little bit. Does he spawn in the actual arena pit, on the arena steps or at one of the static guard points at the doors above the steps? There are a large number of raoming mobs which make this camp hard - it would be very useful to get a more acurate location of the named.
