Scars of VeliousI logged on because i couldnt sleep and found a guy in Gfay trying to sell this for 50pp, this guy declined so i bought it. I paid him 25 more plat to transfer it to my alt so i can give it to my wife as a present.
I asked him if he got in in kael drakkel and he said he thought he got it in lower guk but he wasnt sure.

I found one for 20pp in the bazaar...Everyone else selling one wants around 500pp though...Don't see very many for sale, and thick banded much more common for 1.2k or so.
Lucky me though for only 20pp :)

Most likely because you are using the Default post filter when you log on. WHich filters out people who have a less than Default score (2.00). YOu can change that at the top of the message board, scroll it to none. Though I personally use the filter and love it.

Could be artifacts of the Jpeg compression process.
Actually this isn't a fake. I know this because I am the one who sumbited the pic and what little info I have on it. I bought this from someone (lvl 52 I think) in kelethin for 200pp. He had several velious and kunark drops for sale but I am assuming since it hasn't been seen before that it's a velious drop. The reason for the pic looking the way it does is 1. I run EQ at the highest res and keep forgeting to lower it before doing a SS and 2. After I cropped the SS to the above image and saved it as a jpg I converted it to a jpg using vuepro (which gives the tiniest file size poss.) Why? because some people still use a phoneline to connect up and downloading a huge ultra res graphic for this is pointless. I am surprised that I haven't seen these around more, I bought mine a little over a week ago.
