Scars of Velious
I use one in my secondary melee slot. I have a dragoon dirk in the primary. Nice dam/delay but not magic. This is disappointing. I bought if for 30pp but frankly think its not worth more than 20pp. I switch it out when going against magic only MOBs but otherwise it is a very effective weapon. The +2HP is pretty useless. If it was magic or offered more HP it would be nice. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7 just because of the damage/delay ratio.

i have 1 and i only have the Kunark expansion
The weapons drop in Velious; ie, if you want to loot one yourself, you must have Velious.
