Dropped this evening from this fellow. Seem to be most common on the laborers, but I was focusing more on those as I was helping someone with the tier one good task, requiring us to kill laborers.

got one from a stillmoon gravel warden, pretty sure it can drop from any goblin
i am thinking a faction piece like in oow pieces this for DoN faction, but don't know who to turn into..gonna try npc in lava and repost
