This mob can also drop Mottled Goblin Meat for the Wayfarer's initial faction quests issued in Lavastorm ('Meat for Stew' and 'Goblin Broth').
Better to do Laborers and Gravel Wardens for the meat though. These mobs are pains to take down, for the reasons already mentioned. They are clerics and each one I tried (level 56 SK) went through 3 cycles of healing to near full before running out of mana.

In my limited experience with them, I've seen them Complete Heal themselves only once per fight.
